• Virtual registration includes one set of symposium materials and access to view/participate in the live online presentation - one device per registration/single registration cannot be shared across devices.
• Optional - Your organization may want to consider having small groups participate in viewing a shared monitor. $50 for additional attendees includes symposium materials only.
• Register before April 3, 2026 to ensure you receive the materials in time for the presentation.
• You must provide a physical address. We cannot deliver materials to a Post Office Box address.
• This is a live event and will not be recorded.
